Spike the Stigma Vollyball Fundraiser in Columbus

 Spike the Stigma MENd the Mind is an annual volleyball tournament and fundraiser to support suicide prevention and mental health education, especially among men, in honor of friend and teammate, Alex Willhelm, who died by suicide in 2021.

100% of proceeds raised from this event are directly donated to local non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations that are dedicated to preventing suicide, providing services to those who struggle with mental illness, and helping families and individuals who have been impacted by a loss to suicide.
