Depression

Depression can be the result of a difficult life event or loss, a developmental phase, a chemical imbalance, an overwhelmed schedule, or a myriad of other causes.

But it is not hopeless. There are numerous skills and counseling theories (such as CBT) that can equip individuals with the ability to manage or overcome depression, rebuild confidence and regain motivation to live with hope.
