Grieving Together Virtual Chat

This virtual meeting place is designed for those in the first 18 months of bereavement following a suicide loss. We offer a compassionate space where you can connect with others who understand your journey. Our goal is to help you navigate the challenges of early grief and find comfort in shared experiences. Join us as we explore these challenges together.

We meet virtually on the first three Wednesdays of each month, from 6:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. Each session is structured to provide a balance of group discussions and educational content.

A link is provided upon registration. You are welcome to attend all three sessions or select the ones that resonate most with you, offering a flexible schedule that respects your time and needs.

Monthly Topics:

  • Week 1: You Are Not Crazy — You Are Grieving
Explore common emotional and physical reactions to suicide loss and learn how to navigate the disorientation of early grief.
  • Week 2: Finding the New Normal
Engage in a meaningful discussion about what helps, what hurts, and how to navigate this unwanted journey.
  • Week 3: Cultivating Community
Discover the importance of connection with others who truly understand your loss, and why shared experience matters.
