Support Groups

These 10-week groups are for adult survivors of traumatic loss.  

Each week, we introduce different topics related to your grief journey. Through education, activities, group engagement, and support, you will have an opportunity to connect with others on the same journey. Professionally trained and experienced facilitators lead these groups that strive to cultivate a safe, supportive healing environment. 

All are welcome, regardless of ethnic, cultural, and faith backgrounds. Groups generally meet for two hours which includes time for peer socialization.

* Please note, registration will open 30 days prior to the start of each group.
