Secondary Losses
October 3, 2025
Presented by Molly O’Driscoll, LPCC, GC-C
Grief is a natural response to loss, especially after the death of a loved one.  Yet, we may be surprised to realize that grief often extends well beyond the death itself, as we typically grieve for many layers of loss at the same time.  Examples include grieving plans, financial stability, changes to your support system, or adjustments to your daily routine.  This event will introduce and explore Secondary Losses, which are the additional life changes that can compound and complicate grief.  Education, coping skills, and opportunities to share experiences will also be presented.
